The QUADRANT 4000, with bale measurements 0.8 x 0.5 m, is a high-end machine that is synonymous with top-quality forage. The feed rake system makes it ideally suited for hay and alfalfa in particular. With the optionally available DUO PAC, two bales can be stacked vertically, saving valuable time when it comes to gathering, loading and transporting the bales.
QUADRANT 4000 high-density bale chamber.
The high-density bale chamber delivers outstanding bale density under all conditions, achieving up to 15% higher weight per bale.
Interactive connection.
The cam-type power interrupt clutch on the feed rake prevents the machine from being brought to a standstill by a blockage. When it engages on encountering a blockage at the feed rake, the pick-up shuts down via the feed rake transmission. The driver receives a signal via the CLAAS OPERATOR, reduces engine speed, and can then get back to work without having to leave the cab.
OPERATOR.
Using the OPERATOR terminal, fitted as standard on all QUADRANT 4000 models, all essential settings can be controlled direct from the cab.
Packer tine system.
The intelligent tined feed rack system ensures consistently high forage crop quality, and protects the material, particularly hay and alfalfa.
