Precision Agriculture
Precise GNSS positioning makes large-scale crop health monitoring, customized crop care, and automatic productivity management possible. Tersus GNSS positioning technology not only helps guide and schedule tractors and farm machinery, it also helps monitor crops with high resolution images from a drone, which assists crop inspection. Tersus offers a full range of GNSS options for guidance and steering.
The AG990 AutoSteer systems are designed to automate steering, reduce operator fatigue and extend working hours. The AG990 is comprised of GNSS antenna, display panel, GNSS receiver, hydraulic valve (steering wheel, optional), steering sensor, etc. An automated vehicle controller employs precise GNSS guidance information to hydraulically steer agricultural machinery. These agricultural machines automatically drive along set routes and execute planned tasks, which can be monitored on graphical displays.
TAP Service
Tersus Advanced Positioning(TAP) provides global satellite-based precise point positioning service. With TAP, AG992-Pro will not need to work with the local RTK base station or CORS but directly receives corrections broadcast by the satellites, such as ephemeris error, satellite clock error, etc.
High Precision
With TAP service, the system achieves centimeter-level high-precision positioning even in areas with poor network coverage, such as oceans, deserts, mountains, high altitudes, etc. After 10 minutes covergence time,3 cm accuracy can be achieved.
Terrain Compensation
The terrain compensation function can improve accuracy when driving straight lines across sloping or rough terrains with minimized skips and overlaps.
Easy Installation & Debugging
AG992 system adopts a modular design, which is easy to install and use. Users can install and debug by themselves according to the guidance, and the transfer operation between different vehicles is also more convenient.
