The product range:

• The 115l/h pump paired with a ø80cm fan is perfectly suited for delicate produce such as berries and vines.
• Equipped with this new 112cm diameter fan, the 112-265 model can deliver a mind-blowing 75 700m3/h of airflow, seamlessly carrying liquid and powder mixes to over 15m high. Well suited for established orchards.
• Rovic’s patented EVENFLOW turret have been expanded to a 3.3m SUPERFLOW – perfect for avocados, pecan, and macadamia nut trees.

Features:

• The Rovic philosoply is focussed on conservation agriculture, and Syncroflow® technology is used in the design of the Rovic evenflow® orchard sprayer, the following objectives to be achieved:
• The air momentum generated by the fan system must be balanced with the tree structure and spraying speeds used in industry to supply the whole tree structure with spray-laden air without undue losses due to spraying through the target volume
• The air velocity profiles generated must be balanced with the tree structure and dimensions to facilitate reach to all target areas without oversupply of air speed in the lower outside areas, resulting in blowing active off the target
• The lateral balance (left/right) of air momentum and air velocity profiles must be achieved to ensure even results on both sides of the sprayer
• The angle of impact on the tree structure by the air momentum must not be perpendicular, but at an angle, to facilitate improved catch efficiency on the target
• The amount of energy consumed in this process must be as low as possible to support minimum carbon footprint and reduced cost of operation
