Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Dynamic Salesperson with industry experience, offering a mix of office work and on-the-road flexibility. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, building and maintaining customer relationships, presenting and demonstrating products, negotiating sales contracts, and closing deals. Additionally, they will manage customer accounts, provide after-sales support, and work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Knowledge of the agriculture industry and products is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- A valid driver’s license, traveling to visit and canvas clients on a daily basis
